John J. Enama, 70, of 499 Millers Road, Zion Grove, died Monday evening at
his residence after a short illness.
He was born in Hazleton, the son of the late John A. and Ellen (Fellin) Enama.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a machine operator at Thorn
Industries, Hazleton.
He was an avid flyer of remote control airplanes at Tuscarora, and was a
member of the Tuscarora Flying Club and the Tamaqua Wireless
Association.
Surviving are three daughters, Carol Enama, her fiancé, Aaron DeBalko, and
his son, Michael DeBalko, Haddock; Lisa Gillott and her husband, Dave,
McAdoo; and Mary Ellen Conti, her husband, Shawn, and his son, Justin
Conti, Zion Grove; one son, John Inama and his wife, Aimee, state of
Wyoming; one granddaughter, Sara Ellen Conti; and two sisters, Mary
Lynn Krippe, Reading; and Regina Rigotti, Hazleton. Several nieces and
nephews also survive.
Funeral services were held from Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home Inc., 542 N.
Wyoming St., Hazleton.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in Annunciation Parish at St.
Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church, Hazleton.
Interment followed in Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Cemetery, Laurel Hill
Terrace, Hazleton.
